I have now completed the project and laid the floor, Please find attached some pictures. The floor went down easily and very easy to cut.All in all its turned out really smart and really impressed. Sadly I now have to back fill it with all the stuff I took out in the first place. Thanks Duncan.

Project all complete and I have attach some photos. Really pleased with the end result. Top quality heavy duty tiles. Its great there is so much choice and like the brighter colours as you can see!. Its transformed the space and the skirting provides nice neat touch. Thanks for your help and advice. Phil.
