We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. We only use the information that we collect and hold about you to fulfill orders and in accordance with prevailing Data Protection legislation.

We do not gather more data than is needed to fulfill an order or to answer an enquiry.
Cookies are used by the shopping cart to track the order not the individual.

We do not sell or provide any information we hold about you to third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

We never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent and we assume that you do not want to receive email from us unless you have directly requested information.

We gather information to provide you with the product or service that you requested and to contact you about the provision and delivery of the goods.

When you make an enquiry we need to know, as a minimum, your name and email address. If you place an order we need the relevant postal address(es), phone number(s) and similar contact information.

Credit / Debit Card Sales:

WE DO NOT STORE ANY PAYMENT CARD INFORMATION ON THE WEB.

Online sales are cleared through a secure payment processor, WorldPay, and so we do not see or hold your credit details on the internet.

If you order over the phone or by email we will store written details in our office in a secure manner as recommended by the credit clearing house and similarly dispose of any records in a secure manner.

We do not store payment card details on any PC at our premises.
